We welcome an incredible panel to lead us through a discussion on EDI in marketing & how you can make a difference in your organization.
About this Event
Tamara Cypress returns to AMA this year to moderate the panel. She will be joined by Malina Jeffers and Charles McKinney Jr as they discuss three main topics.
1. Marketplace power. Where are you spending your marketing budget and how can that be an avenue to support and empower companies and include diverse voices in your mission.
2. Representation. Who is helping craft your stories? If you don't have diverse marketers on your team, are you seeking out other stakeholders that can help give different perspectives? Also, we want to analyze some visual pieces like stock photography and video to help show how those can support or cause harm to your EDI missions.
3. PR / External communications. How are you crafting your messages during these times if you are addressing civil happenings? What actions are you taking after these messages to truly impact organizational change? How do people externally view your company and its EDI missions.
